Specialization Modules Modeling & Texturing The main focus of the course is on making you understand the Art of Modeling a 3D form. To make a 3 dimensional model, understanding of the 3D form in real life is very much essential; that is why we have Traditional Art classes happening simultaneously with Software training. These art classes include Study of Anatomy & Form by Drawing and Clay sculpting methods. In order to make you a successful modeler, the course also has focus on the Technical aspects of modeling such as, maintaining loops, optimizing meshes, setting non-overlapping UV layouts etc. The course also includes Digital Sculpting tools, which allow you to detail your meshes at higher resolution. You will also learn the techniques such as Normal & Displacement Mapping which help you integrate such tools into the pipeline. A model is incomplete without textures, hence texturing is included in the curriculum. Advanced unwrapping and Texture painting are the topics that will be covered during this course, so that your characters get that skin!
